Lemon Crunch Parfait with a Garden Tea

We made it to my parent's house yesterday.

It is so good to be home.
My mom's house is like walking into a
Victorian Tea Room.

That delights you with it's outdoor
whimsical flower garden.

My sister and niece arrived tonight as well.

Life is good!

Paula made an AMAZING Peach Sangria

For a printable recipe click Here.

And I made delicious Lemon Crunch Parfait's.

This morning my Mom and I set up Tea in her Garden.

She got the Teapot while we were in
Savannah, GA...to be honest I saw it first.

But as a GOOD daughter, I conceded the prize!

She might tell a different story...HA!

I hope you enjoy your weekend.

Bella would like to have tea too!!!

I am having Tea and Parfait's with:

I'm not sure which I want more - the parfait, the sangria, or Bella the dog. OK, I'm selfish and want all three! I will be trying these recipes for sure. Have the best time ever at your mom's house. There is no place like home.

Hugs,
Lisa

The teapot is gorgeous, how hard it must have been to let your mother have it. :-)
I hope you enjoy the visit with your family and will have more teas to share before you leave. The dessert you made looks yummy.

From Your Mom..It so thrills me when you come home and love and appreciate all my beautiful tea things and the garden that God, Mother Nature and Me created. I have found that gardening tills my soul and Flo and Celeste (my garden statue friends)and I share so many wonderful thoughts and secrets as I attend to my outdoor haven. I find such peace buzzing around perfecting each nook & cranny. Miracles always seen to happen in my garden. I do love it and I am so grateful to you for sharing this beauty on your blog for all to see. I love you, Trisha

P.S. Seriously, knowing me...I think I'd take my tea in a mug for fear of breaking those lovely cups and saucers!
