It's Going to BEE a GREAT Year! Bee Pancakes for the First Day of School!!

I can't say that I am all that "excited" to have
Sophia go to back to school.
This summer has been a lot of fun!!

I made this surprise breakfast for Sophia
to have on her 1st day Back to School as a 3rd grader!
I can't wait for her to see it this morning!

I sprinkled the table with a TON of glitter,
because EVERYTHING seems better with glitter, right!

I put up this sign....

It seems like it is getting harder
to let go of my baby girl these days.....

My heart is heavy........

Hello Trish
Now that I know what grade Sophie is going into, I can identify with the age group a little better. Our youngest granddaughter is the same age and also starting grade 3 today. Such a sweet time as they are becoming young ladies.
I'm sure the bee breakfast was a big hit and another memory in the making.
Sending you hugs to cheer you up!

Hello, Trish
Sophie must have been excited to see her special breakfast and I would guess that she was also excited to start a new school year. My niece's youngest starts school today; I imagine that she, like you, is feeling some mixed emotions.

Bless her heart! I do pray for the children as they return to school! So exciting, starting out fresh, new clothes, new teachers, new adventures in learning! Your special breakfast was so sweet, I'm sure she loved it! Now, maybe Mommy has a little time for herself! Have a wonderful fall!

Oh Trish, she's already halfway there because her Momma loves her so much.

Don't you worry, she will be fine -she has angels watching over her.

What a sweet post and adorable bees!

Hello Trisha,
I wish your little one a wonderful third grade with lots of fun!
One of my little guys is also entering Grade 3 and my youngest grandson started pre-school today. He's all excited but his parents have mixed feelings. Bless them all, dear Lord!
Thanks for your visit, my friend. It's always good to hear from you.

Blessings,
Sandi
