RICE KRISPIE TURKEY POPS!

RICE KRISPIE TURKEY POPS!

Hello!
Welcome to the first post of
Sophia and Mom's new blog segments.

In this series we will feature the following fun things
written and created by Mom and Sophia.

*Fun Edible Crafts
*Inspirational Quotes and Stories
*Fun Memories

Tonight we made Rice Krispie Turkey Pops!
The idea was taken from the blog Hungry Happenings

We LOVE that blog for fun edible craft ideas.

We modified this by using Marshmallows cut in half for the eyes and molding Starbursts for the beak and gobble.
A black edible food writer was used for his eye!

A helpful hint in molding the beak and gobble is to microwave the Starburst for about 5 seconds to soften the candy. EASY!

For the step by step instructions please
go to Hungry Happenings and tell her we sent you!
Link can be found HERE!

Hope you try these out! They taste GREAT!

Oh my, such fun to have a little helper with the blog! I am hosting my first ever Christmas tea party, and wondered what you would recommend in the realm of savory? Good blogs or websites?
