The Bright Side

Guess what...life is not perfect.

(Edible writers on fondant inspired by a cartoon I saw HERE.)

But we always need to remember to look at the Bright Side.

We are teaching our daughter this important skill.

I think we are doing a GREAT job.

(She is gloating her win at The Tea Party Game)

Life is short, stay on the Bright Side!!

Wow, you have quite the artistic talent -- not only with your beautiful baking but apparently with your drawing as well!

BTW, I have that same tea party game as your lovely daughter! (And yes, I bought it for myself, ha!)

Trish, you got that right! Life is to short and you will never get back all those minutes spent in a bad mood, upset over something you cant change and moment spent with out your loved ones!

There you are with those edible markers again making me look bad...I haven't had the gumption to try them again. Darling cupcakes, darling daughter, and a perfect message!

Great and cute cupcakes. Love the *no ice cream, no dogs, no cats* and your daughter is looking pretty darned pleased with herself. Lovin' her sunglasses by the way :)

A perfect philosophy! Your daughter's cute in her winning reverie.

The Day lily idea is wonderful...I do like boursin cheese.

Have a great day,
